Little Fins Family Child Care opened its doors on Gibbs Street with a simple belief: the best early learning happens in a setting that feels like home. We are a family-run program serving children in the Worcester community, offering a small-group environment where every child is known, every voice is heard, and every day brings something new to discover.
Our license allows us to welcome a limited number of children at a time, which means your child receives more one-on-one attention than they would in a larger center. We adapt our activities to each child's interests and developmental stage — whether that's building language skills through storytime, exploring colors and textures in the art corner, or learning to share on the playground.

Gentle guidance helps children name their feelings, resolve conflicts, share, and build the empathy and self-regulation skills they'll carry into kindergarten and beyond.

Our schedule balances structure with flexibility. Children know what to expect, which gives them security — and the confidence to dive into each activity with curiosity.
